This program encompasses the 93 United States Attorneys in 94 US Attorneys Offices (USAOs), which are geographically dispersed within and outside the continental United States. Typical work assignments will include:<br /><br />-Serve as a Detail Management Specialist, on the Detail Management Staff, Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) responsible for coordinating a variety of services involving professional and administrative staff of the collective United States Attorneys' Offices (USAOs) and EOUSA, who are detailed on short and long-term assignments to EOUSA, other USAOs, and other federal agencies located throughout the United States and in foreign countries.<br /> -Review the detailee program budget for compliance with established policies, and establish control procedures to assure that the monetary limitations are not exceeded.<br /> -Work with detailees to ensure that information relating to entitlements and restrictions are accurately communicated. Specialized experience is defined as <strong>administering, analyzing and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of programs; identifying program problems and recommending solutions; providing advisory services to management on program resource management; ensuring relocation, travel authorizations and vouchers are in compliance with Federal Travel Regulation; and recording and monitoring the execution of the operating budget.</strong><br /><br /><strong> Interagency Career Transition Assistance Plan (ICTAP)- </strong> The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
