Data Warehouse Data/Business Analyst<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Work in data warehouse environment, including data design, database architecture, metadata, and repository creation. Review data loaded into the data warehouse for accuracy. Maintain responsibility for the development, maintenance, and support of an enterprise data warehouse system and corresponding data marts. Troubleshoot and tune existing data warehouse applications. Conduct research into data warehouse applications and determine viability for adoption. Work under broad supervision. Troubleshoot basic problems and recommend appropriate action.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-2+ years of experience with business and data analysis in data warehousing<br /><br />-Experience with Toad or SQL at the mid to advanced level and working well in a team environment<br /><br />-Experience with full life cycle project development, requirements, design, testing, roll-out, and implementation from a BA perspective and performing Level of Effort (LOE) analysis<br /><br />-Ability to liaise with the Subject Matter Experts (SME's) throughout the project life cycle<br /><br />-Ability to write detailed requirements and document meeting minutes and data mapping documentation based on business rules provided by clients using internal templates<br /><br />-Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities<br /><br />-Ability to foster client and peer relationships by collaborating with technical teams, internal and external to the data warehouse to review business requirements and documentation and resolve issues relating to data, coding, or business logic<br /><br />-Ability to perform analysis, research and manage deadlines across multiple deliverables, and provide resolutions to production issues<br /><br />-Ability to obtain a security clearance<br /><br />-HS diploma or GED<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with managing applications that meet Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) process and access controls<br /><br />-Knowledge of data modeling techniques<br /><br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills to organize and facilitate information gathering and validation sessions to gain insight into systems, processes, and data<br /><br />-Possession of excellent interpersonal, organization, and time management skills<br /><br />-Possession of basic to mid leadership skills<br /><br />-BA or BS degree preferred<br /><br />Clearance:<br /><br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
