Clinical Performance Improvement Specialist<br />Key Role:<br />Work as part of a team supporting government healthcare clients. Provide administrative and program management support and expertise in technical subject matter, including healthcare quality, strategies, and implementation. Conduct research, identify potential improvement programs and projects, and drive data collection and analysis. Recommend design and support for clinical performance improvement initiatives and guide focus to areas of greatest need for improvement in clinical areas and environmental areas, including quality, patient safety, patient experience, readiness and cost of care.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-7+ years of experience in a professional work environment<br /><br />-Experience with healthcare quality measures<br /><br />-Ability to work with executives, management, staff, and physicians to achieve results for the organization with and through people<br /><br />-Ability to organize and coordinate data analysis for clinical decision making, research, and program evaluation<br /><br />-Ability to obtain a security clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with military and Veterans' Affairs healthcare systems<br /><br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills<br /><br />-Possession of excellent leadership and time management skills<br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
