AboutWeb, an award-winning IT solutions and staffing company, has an immediate opportunity for a<strong> Customer Support Specialist</strong> at our commercial real estate client in <strong>Rockville, Maryland</strong>. This role requires 1 year or more of call center experience in a high-volume, contact center envirnment. Prior real estate experience is a plus. Work is 100% onsite in Rockville, MD. Call center operates 365 days a year; some weekend/holiday shifts may be required. Must be able to participate in a video interview to apply. <br />Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities, assisting with membership password and login recovery, technical and customer service assistance, hardware, software, application, billing and first-level compliance support via various contact channels. Incumbent will answer questions, provide information, investigate and resolve issues for customers.<br /> <ul> <li>The successful candidate will typically require a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 – 2 or more years of experience in a contact center environment.</li> <li>Some college level education a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of MS Office and current versions of commonly used Web browsers is required.</li> <li>Knowledge of operating systems, personal computers and printers is required.</li> <li>Shifts are 8-8 M-F and 9-6 – weekends and holidays.
