Customer Support Coordinator

$14.00 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities:
Covington Financial is a nationwide merchant service processor looking for a high performer with excellent communication and organizational skills. The individual selected for this role will engage in technology and sales related customer service daily! This is an entry-level position with the ability for growth for the right person. Our ideal candidate is dependable, a quick learner and team player who wants to join a successful team. Candidates must be adaptable, detail-oriented, have effective problem-solving skills, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:
· Review and verify applications and other forms for accuracy
· Work in CRM database to record client interaction; update regularly and include detailed notes
· General customer service (inbound and outbound calls), escalating to Customer Care department when needed
· Data-entry into various 3rd party processing portals, navigating through multiple screens and menus
· Assist with packaging, shipping, and handling of equipment
· Communicate with multiple departments
· Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must pass a typing test with minimum 40 WPM
Detail oriented
Ability to take new tasks and learn quickly
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Manage multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem solver
Fantastic customer service skills
High school education or equivalent
1 year of Customer service or administrative support; or a combination of education and experience
Experience in the sales life cycle a plus
Experience with technical trouble-shooting a plus
