Overview

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
This position is responsible for answering incoming calls efficiently and in a timely manner to satisfy consumer requests. The Consumer Service Representative will be responsible for data entry of orders from consumers and sales representatives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Experience, education, certifications, general knowledge, skills and abilities).
Education: High School diploma or its equivalency. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
Years of Related Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience.
Strong data entry skills required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to clearly, concisely and effectively transmit desired message. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
Essential Functions (Fundamental duties necessary to achieve the objective of the position)
The primary function is answer incoming calls efficiently and in a timely manner to satisfy consumer requests.
The individual is responsible for data entry of orders from consumers and sales representatives
Assist consumers with placing orders on the Travelpro E-Commerce site
Actively listen to each consumer with patience and courtesy
Use troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to come up with solutions
Use great communication skills to resolve consumer issues, billing, service etc.
Excite the consumer and build relationships-earning their loyalty and trust by being polite and helpful
Maintain current knowledge of products, components, stock availability, pricing and sales promotions
Assist consumers with warranty service requests
Perform receptionist duties as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
