Bohler’s Atlanta office seeks a professional interested in a role that offers both general administrative duties related to the support and management of the office and its team, but also leverages skills related to leadership engagement, growth initiatives and sales support.
The specific title will be determined based on the credentials and capabilities of the candidate offered the position. This role could be ideal for a junior professional just getting started on a business or sales-oriented path or for an emerging/established administrative professional with experience in working closely with the office lead and supporting strategic and tactical efforts.
This role is a new position being created to supplement existing administrative capabilities based on the office’s rapid growth but also to support future expansion initiatives.
Select office coordination tasks related to office management and operations support. Includes phone and office reception, reporting, supply ordering, property management coordination, meeting coordination, etc.
Support of sales process including use of CRM software, prospect research, reporting and proposal development support and meeting coordination. Over time, this role may evolve into prospecting outreach, engagement and inside sales support depending on the candidate.
Client and project support related to supporting the development of deliverables, communications and other client-facing support items.
Executive support related to the coordination of Regional Partner’s scheduling, special projects, business development and growth initiatives.
Support project coordination professional when project and client-related workload and deadlines require assistance.
Facilitate coordination and communication between Atlanta management team and Divisional management team supporting the larger southern region.
Other duties as assigned
Ability to maintain tasks and schedules related to core administrative functions.
Detailed in work product and strong with coordination of actions items and follow ups.
Strong command of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PPT.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software of any type is strongly desired, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
Demonstrated success in an executive support, administrative support or sales support role – ideally in a growth-oriented environment or within the real estate, development and/or design and construction disciplines.
Ability to be resourceful and creative in maintaining momentum and completion of key projects.
Service-orientation and attention to the brand and reputation of the office and the organization.
Team player strong in relationship building and interpersonal communication.
