Each Martinizing® Customer Service Representative (CSR) is involved in maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction every day. The CSR is the “face of the business” and is expected to maintain and enhance our positive reputation. The successful CSR will have great people skills for use with customers, and with the facility staff, management, and ownership.
Customer service experience
Flexibility/adaptability for scheduling

Public relations experience
Can stay calm when faced with a difficult customer or situation
Can understand and follow company policies
General familiarity with Windows-based computers
Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
Grow customer loyalty program
Create invoices through POS system
Organize customer orders and assure timely completion of work
Maintain relationships with staff
Maintain quality standards
Participate in training new customer service staff
Maintain facility appearance standards
Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
Experience in dry cleaning is not a necessity. Experience in public relations and communication is strongly desired. Wearing the company provided uniform shirt and name badge are required.
A good attitude, the desire to interact with people, and good organizational skills are a few of the attributes of a successful CSR. Skills can be taught, but attitudes cannot.
