Our office in Pevely is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative. This position works directly with our clients to achieve successful partnerships. This position is fast-paced and requires multi-tasking and prioritizing.
The position is Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
– able to multi task through a high volume of walk ins
– high energy/people person
– comfortable addressing customer complains and investigating issues
– steady work history
– heavy phone experience
– ABLE TO MULTITASK & FINISH TASK
– work with supervisors to ensure orders are processed accurately
– computer proficient and able to easily learn software
– work ethic and attendance are important due to this being a small office
