Call Center and Data Manager

We are currently looking for a Call Center Manager in the St.Louis area and it may be YOU!
Basic responsibilities include:
Operational oversight for 20-40 employees
Data Management for Dialer system (five9)
Compliance monitoring
Employee coaching
Team Scheduling
Staff Recruiting
3-5 years experience in call center management
1-2 years experience in managing lists for a dialer system (five9 preferred)
Associates or Bachelors Degree
Recruiting experience
Team/organizational/marketing background is a plus!
This is a results driven position which will require a clear focus on helping identify areas that will help your team attain daily and monthly goals. An ability to properly manage lists and create and build campaigns is critical. The ability to coach, retain, and recruit your team is mandatory for success in this role.
Hours are currently 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. Management/Scheduling of staff staying till 7pm on weeknights and Saturday mornings will be required.
