Duties of the Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Account Manager:
Provide dynamic customer service to corporate customers
Take and process orders
Check shipment status and provide tracking information
Handle order corrections
Update account information
Utilize excellent communication and problem solving skills
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) /Account Manager:
2-3 years of previous customer service/account management experience
Strong problem solving skills
Good data entry skills (50 wpm and higher)
High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Awesome work ethic and strong work history
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Bachelor’s degree a plus
