Exela Technologies is looking to fill Customer Services Associate position in Florham Park, NJ. This is a permanent full-time position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 10:00AM – 6:00PM
Customer Services Associate’s daily tasks will involve:
o Conference room set-ups and support, hoteling, events management and hospitality – including moving tables and chairs into various configurations within the room, cleaning workstations, white boards and conference rooms for meeting room events
o Perform various Mail Center activities (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.)
o Receptionist / Administrative duties including answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, greeting visitors, customer interaction at the guest services window, assisting employees with various office services support, and other duties as required
o Reprographics duties including printing, copying, binding and scanning
o Processing of documents
o Use of MS Office Suite, Google Drive and Google Office Suite
o Provide backfill when needed
o Perform other tasks as assigned
Responsibilities:
• Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Take direction from supervisor or site manager
• Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned
• Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
• Clean conference rooms, office spaces and desk daily
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Qualifications:
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Lifting up to 55 lbs with or without accommodations
• Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
• Ability to meet employer’s attendance policy
