Marathon Staffing is seeking professional, experienced candidates for an Inside Sales Coordinator position available immediately in Orangeburg, SC!!!

The Inside Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for customer communication on most order-related activities for a specific set of customers.

• Handle most communication with specific customer contacts and facilitate their needs
• Handle customer issues tactfully
• Maintain customer price and coding lists
• Assist the delivery department with special shipments and confirm normal scheduled deliveries
• Coordinate routing of orders and appropriate delivery instructions consistent with customer receiving times
• Answer questions and resolves supplier and customer problems regarding transportation, quality or other issues
• Takes and acts upon all calls for tracing and/or expediting orders
• Prepares varius reports and correspondence, as required
• Back-up to Administrative Department for Invoicing and Accounts Payables
• Other duties, as required

Qualifications include, but may not be limited to:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in similar role and office environment
• Computer skills, ability to learn new programs and able to sit at work stating for several hours
• Demonstrated proficiency in general office etiquette, legible handwriting and telephone manners
• Must be energetic and outgoing
• Must be able to problem solve and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Able to pass a drug test

Pay range is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, unless otherwise agreed upon.
