As a Customer Service Representative, you will continue our legacy of over 100 years serving the Rocky Mountain Region. In this fast-paced retail and contact center environment, you’ll be addressing and finding solutions for our customers; functioning as sales associate, device expert and billing specialist and more! You’ll be fulfilling Union’s promise to our customers to treat each of them like a neighbor, not a number.

Your day will consist of:
• Answering customer calls
• Assisting customers in-store
• Building and maintaining relationships

Your day may consist of:
• Community engagement events
• Creating excitement for new products and company initiatives
• Competing for prizes with your co-workers

Selected candidates will be required to attend training in Mountain View, WY for 3-4 weeks (may, or may not, be consecutive). Approved personal expenses incurred during training will be reimbursed by Union Wireless.

Hiring range: $14.36 to $15.00/hour DOE.

Essential Qualifications:
Willing to give 100%.

Detail-oriented, record keeping skills

Enthusiastic attitude in person and over the telephone.
Must handle customer dispute well and be resolution driven.
Patient, sincere, personable, flexible, and have a positive attitude and outlook.
Ability to speak to the public confidently/ Experience working with people.
Ability to sit and/or stand frequently/Ability to walk customers in and out of the store.
Must enjoy a steady/fast-paced work environment with high in store call flow.
Retail sales experience/Confidence in Sales and with sales pitches.
Receive and provide constructive feedback well and be able to implement changes quickly.
Must be 21 years or older.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Acceptable Driving Record
