MIL currently holds several multi-year contracts with NAWCAD in the areas of Cyber, C5ISR, and Information Technology systems.<br /><br /><strong>The MIL Corporation</strong> is seeking a <strong>Quality Assurance Analyst </strong>for the Triton Ground Segment in Lexington Park, MD. The Quality Assurance Analyst will have primary responsibility for Triton Ground Segment Quality Assurance activities. The Quality Assurance Analyst will work to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed requirements and that internal system and processes are continuously improved.<br /><br /><strong>Key Duties</strong><br /> <ul> <li>Manage, maintain, and improve the Triton's Ground Segment Quality Management System. </li> <li>Ensure continuing Quality Assurance compliance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2). </li> <li>Perform thorough revisions of existing Quality documentation, Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) and System Administrator Manual (SAM) by reviewing each procedure, form, and document with functional leads and subject matter experts. </li> <li>Lead document maintenance activities, including rewriting as needed. </li> <li>Capture and present metrics based on quality management initiatives. </li> <li>Plan and conduct internal workcenter audits and manage the corrective action process. </li> <li>Develop materials for, and present quality management data for Triton Leadership. </li> <li>Perform quality assurance tasks related to project work (in-process inspections, drawing reviews, etc.). </li> <li>Ensure contract compliance in quality and process improvement areas. </li> <li>Perform duties and responsibilities as a customer service provider to all functional leads and PMA-262 stakeholders. </li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><br /> <ul> <li>At least 10 years of experience QA compliance with NAMP and possess a current DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher. </li> <li>Experience with Triton Ground Segment and Triton UA. </li> <li>Excellent communication and writing skills. </li> <li>Ability to independently identify and solve complex problems. </li> <li>In-depth knowledge of NAMP Standards and NALCOMIS OMA.</li> <li>Ability to develop System Administrator and QA training curriculum. </li> <li>Ability to deliver Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management Information System (NALCOMIS) Organizational Maintenance Activity (OMA), Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI) and Systems Administration (SA) training to all members of the Triton Ground Segment staff.</li> <li> Must possess an active <strong>Secret or TS/SCI </strong>clearance. </li> </ul> <br /> <strong>Why MIL</strong> <br /><br />MIL is a dynamic workforce of industry professionals who deliver world-class solutions in cyber, engineering, financial management, and information technology – and we are looking for candidates like you.
