The American Enterprise Institute seeks a self-driven, hardworking operations professional to join AEI's communications team in executing strategic and results-oriented plans to build AEI scholars' presence where it truly matters. <br /><br />You must be a self-starter, creative, entrepreneurial, and meticulous. You will join a team of talented professionals connecting AEI scholars and research to targeted audiences across the country and the world. <br /><br />The ideal candidate will bring a strategic outlook, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a fierce commitment to achieving results. Day-to-day responsibilities include project management, prioritizing daily and long-term initiatives, and strategic operational support. These responsibilities require strong writing and communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, and prioritize. Familiarity with AEI's media and social media presence, video series, and breadth of publications is a plus. <br /><br />A bachelor's degree is required. A strong familiarity and experience working in communications, project management, or a not-for-profit environment is preferred. The position will interface directly with most members of AEI's communications team and will support AEI's vice president for government relations and communications and assistant operations director for government relations and communications. <br /><br />Title and salary will be commensurate with experience.
