Agile Business Specialist<br /> Key Role: <br /><br />Lead the collection, capture, and management of mission us er needs from prioritization, concept development, and us er story writing to support development and deployment as a b us iness analyst subject matter expert. Facilitate the gathering of b us iness-foc us ed requirements to support a product team and product owner, including defining the backlog and ensuring the us er's perspective is considered. Work with the product owner and us ers to determine operational objectives of b us iness needs and elicit requirements. Foc us on requirements related to improved us ability, us er experience, and us er adoption and engagement. Identify core b us iness needs, decompose and document concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and us er stories, document b us iness rules, and construct workflow diagrams, as needed. Distill complex b us iness processes into clear and actionable us er stories with acceptance criteria.
