Facilities Project Manager<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Work on assignments of moderate complexity under limited supervision and freedom for independent action to ensure efficient usage and accountability for space and facilities within an assigned plant area. Coordinate space and facility requirements for modifications and new construction with users. Review and analyze rental or lease agreements, renewals, and extensions, analyze space usage requests and requirements, and recommend appropriate alternatives. Plan, coordinate, and implement furniture, office, or factory moves. Develop new or unusual solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities and construction trades, as guided by the plan, schedule, and budget, as assigned. Maintain a wide interface with all levels of management and outside contractors and vendors. Use computerized programs for the analysis of requirements and tracking of project, as needed.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with managing project design or construction efforts, including schedule, funding, and day-to-day project oversight <br /><br />-Experience with ensuring integration of all systems, including information technology, telephone, security, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing <br /><br />-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph <br /><br />-HS diploma or GED <br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
