Overview

The Recruiter will proactively build the performance foundation of the office. You will work with us to develop a plan to identify agents who may be a fit to work on our team or as a solo agent within our brokerage. Your job will be to work with agents who are already actively licensed and selling along with those who are just starting to think about a career in real estate.

Compensation:
$100,000+ (base plus bonuses)
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
Facilitate regular sales meetings
Develop and dominate market share in our target markets
Achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
Collaborate with top agents on retention and increased productivity
Reach out to prospective jobseekers and begin the initial employment screening process
Communicate our company values with recruits
