As a Tax Attorney with Koch Companies Services you will have the opportunity to work with businesses and other tax professionals to identify and assess the economic and financial implications of different transactions from a tax perspective.

What You Will Need (Basic Qualifications):

 

  • 3+ years of experience in tax related matters
  • Experience with international corporate income tax principles and planning
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. economic modeling) and PowerPoint
  • Experience with technical research and writing
  • Understanding of basic financial reporting and GAAP principles
  • JD Degree

 

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Qualifications):

 

  • Large law firm tax experience
  • Big 4 or large corporation experience
  • Masters or LLM in Tax
  • CPA
