Business Process Analyst, Mid<br /> Key Role: <br /><br />Work as a business process consultant with organizations to redesign business processes. Support clients with management consulting on organization redesign and new business processes. Assist with the analysis and implementation of process improvements. Work on developing expertise in a particular industrial specialty, including strengthening project management skills. Support practice development initiatives, including assisting business development team with writing proposals. Maintain daily contact with junior to midlevel client staff for information and data collection and participate in client meetings. Supervise and review work of junior personnel and provide training. <br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-5+ years of experience with managing and delivering process improvement projects<br /><br />-1+ years of experience with interfacing and presenting to senior clients<br /><br />-Secret clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree<br /><br />-Green Belt Certification<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience with Navy and or USMC agencies<br /><br />-Experience with Minitab<br /><br />-Knowledge of Navy Lean Six Sigma practices<br /><br />-Knowledge of Continuous Process Improvement practices<br /><br />-Knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering practices<br /><br />-Ability to execute and lead process improvement projects<br /><br />Clearance:<br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change. <br /><br />NMC
