Overview

The Director of Women and Children Services is responsible for patient care administration and practice, development and maintenance of product lines, and development of human resources.<br />The healthcare professional for this role should have Maryland RN license and Bachelor's Degree<br />At least five (5) years of clinical nursing practice experience and three (3) years of supervisory/manager experience is a must<br /><br />*Ability to manage financial budgets and planning<br />*Strong leadership skills<br />*Ability to work independently and handle a multi task environment<br />*Strong customer service skills<br />*Strong organizational skills<br />*Ability to create an environment that promotes staff productivity, satisfaction, and efficiency<br />Ability to diplomatically manage crisis situations and resolve customer service issues<br />*PC skills required in Internet, e-mail and windows environment<br />*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and the hospital operating system<br /><br />Preferred:<br />*Master's Degree<br /><br />Work Schedule:<br /><br />Monday through Friday <br /><br /><b>Tobacco Statement</b><br /><br />Tobacco use is a well-recognized preventable cause of death in the United States and an important public health issue.
