Strategic Communications Consultant, Senior<br />Key Role:<br /><br />Provide organizational and strategic communications support to the US Air Force. Support client and project teams by analyzing the development and implementation of innovative strategic communications in a range of areas, including strategic communications planning, program development, change communications, digital communications, materials development, media relations, communication evaluation, and stakeholder outreach. Lead small teams in the implementation of communications plans and tactics. Analyze the development of strategic communication plans and a variety of clear and concise communications products and materials for internal or external audiences. Research subject matter to develop required communications content and materials. Support the client mission by applying expertise in problem-solving and entrepreneurial work, including ensuring the delivery of assigned tasks on time with excellent quality standards.<br /><br />Basic Qualifications:<br /><br />-10+ years of experience with communications, marketing, change communications, public relations, digital strategy, social media, outreach, and stakeholder engagement<br /><br />-Ability to lead small teams of staff members in the execution of key communications tasks<br /><br />-Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the company and client<br /><br />-Ability to work independently and in teams<br /><br />-Ability to obtain a security clearance<br /><br />-BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Public Affairs, Journalism, Public Health, or International Affairs<br /><br />Additional Qualifications:<br /><br />-Experience in working with the Air Force<br /><br />-Experience with supporting business development, including proposals<br /><br />-Ability to display creative thinking and provide innovative solutions to clients' communications challenges and problems<br /><br />-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills<br /><br />-Possession of excellent organizational skills<br /><br />-Active Secret clearance<br /><br />-MA or MS degree<br /><br />Clearance:<br /><br />Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.<br /><br />We're an EOE that empowers our people-no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic-to fearlessly drive change.
