You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area Strategic Planning and Policy – Master Level- within 6 months of appointment.</li> <li>This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field Science and Technology Level 2. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.</li> <li>You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.</li> <li>You must be available for official travel.</li> <li>Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. Attention to Detail – Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: design, write, test, debug, and maintain security or application software applications that meet technical and functional requirements.<br /> 2. Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
