Experience must be reflected in your resume.<br /><br /><strong>Specialized experience required for this position is: </strong> <li>Knowledge of laws, principles, policies and practices of system acquisition and program management for satellite ground systems software.</li> <li>Prepares cost benefits analysis to assess integrated commercial and custom software solutions for Geo-spatial Intelligence (GEOINT) or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) satellite mission management, command & control, and data processing systems.</li> <li>Manages software acquisition process using Agile development methodology to ensure performance, schedule and cost baselines.</li> <li>Applies Intelligence Community (IC) and DoD laws, principles, policies and practices of program management to satellite ground systems.</li> <li>Serves as a Contracting Officers Technical Representatives (COTRs) to evaluate contractor proposals, activities and ensure technical performance requirements for complex software development, ground capabilities and databases.</li> <li>Works within a diverse group of government, military, and functional specialist, including contracting, engineering, program control, configuration/data management, and operations support to ensure program objectives. </li> <br /> <strong>Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:</strong> <li>Organizational Awareness</li> <li>Software Engineering</li> <li>Technology Awareness</li> <li>Contracting and Acquisition</li> <li>Project Management</li> <br /> <strong>This position is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA): </strong>Incumbent must meet appropriate certification requirements IAW DAWIA no later than 24 months after accepting the position.
