Fortune 50 Bank is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their Open Enrollment team on a contract-to-hire basis. The position will begin in early August 2019 and last until December of 2019. Interviews will occur on July 16th and 18th 2019. For excellent performers, there may be the opportunity to convert into a permanent position. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:Answering incoming phone calls from current employees regarding open enrollment inquiries, questions, and concernsProviding employees with information regarding their healthcare, retirement, pension, wellness, insurance, and stock ownership benefits/programsEvaluating employee options and costs based on position, status, and salaryAssisting employees by explaining benefits and appealing decisions made by insurance providers
