<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br />This position is located in the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau.<br /><br />RELOCATION EXPENSES WILL NOT BE PAID.<br /><br />Salary range depends on the Commission's continued certified pay for performance system.<br /><br />Learn more about this agency <br /><br /><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><br /><ul> <li>Serves as alter ego of the Bureau Chief in the discharge of his/her responsibilities and may assume full responsibility for all Bureau activities in the absence of the Bureau Chief.</li> <li>Examines proposals for new or changed laws, rules and regulations and recommends and defends the Bureau's positions.
