<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br />This position is located in the Procurement Operations Division at Goddard Space Flight Center. The role of this position involves serving as a secretary to the Division Chief and in this capacity relieves the supervisor of concern with matters associated with the functioning of the office and provides day-to-day administrative management of the flow of business requiring supervisor's attention.<br /><br />As identical vacancies are identified, additional selections may be made.<br /> Learn more about this agency <br /><br /><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><br /><ul> <li>Maintains supervisor's daily calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging conferences, training sessions and appointments.</li> <li>Screens all personal visitors and telephone calls, and answers procedural or administrative questions.
