<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br />This position is located in the Procurement Operations Division at Goddard Space Flight Center. The role of this position involves serving as a secretary to the Division Chief and in this capacity relieves the supervisor of concern with matters associated with the functioning of the office and provides day-to-day administrative management of the flow of business requiring supervisor's attention.<br /><br />As identical vacancies are identified, additional selections may be made.<br /> Learn more about this agency <br /><br /><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><br /><ul> <li>Maintains supervisor's daily calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging conferences, training sessions and appointments.</li> <li>Screens all personal visitors and telephone calls, and answers procedural or administrative questions. Specialized experience is defined as but not limited to: Serving as clerical liaison between supervisor and staff; scheduling and/or arranging meetings or conferences; reviewing and drafting correspondence, completing travel arrangements and preparing travel orders.<br /><br /><b>Education</b><br /><br />There are no education requirements for this position.<br /><br /><b>Additional information</b><br /><br />This position is being announced in conjunction with vacancy announcement number GS19D0083 open to all U.S. citizens and U.S. Nationals.
