<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br /><strong>About the Position: </strong>This position is with the US Army Research Institute (ARI), Predictive Analytics & Modeling Unit (PAMU). PAMU explores and expands the intersection between personnel psychology, data science, and Big Data analytics. Researchers in PAMU apply new statistical approaches to Soldier testing and assessment, career and performance modeling, job analysis, and other personnel topics.
