<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br />As a Supervisory IT Specialist – Program Manager at the GS-2210-14, you will be part of OFF OF INFO TECHNOLOGY, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The incumbent serves as a Branch Chief within the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and performs work that involves managing and providing supervisory oversight of one or more multi-year initiatives that are carried out through multiple, related IT projects.<br /> Learn more about this agency <br /><br /><b>Responsibilities</b><br /><br /><ul> <li>Manages the performance of one or more IT functional areas. This includes areas that may involve the development, management, administration, or maintenance of technical systems.</li> <li>Manages the following functional areas: content management development and support, collaboration service development, business process development, requirements analysis, and business reporting and analytics.</li> <li>Manage all aspects of content management using SharePoint Online including administration, design, performance, governance, monitoring, and security.</li> <li>Manage all aspects of collaboration services using Microsoft Skype for Business and Teams including design, performance, governance, monitoring, and security.</li> <li>Work with users, stakeholders, and other system owners to ensure effective migration of data and operations from legacy environments to SharePoint with minimal service interruption.</li> <li>Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint, Skype, and Teams initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices, and procedures for SharePoint Online/O365 solutions.</li> <li>Assist in provisioning and maintaining agency systems providing business reporting and data analytics. Specialized experience includes experience with content management using SharePoint Online or similar toolset, including design, development, governance, administration and security.<br /><br />Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-13 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS- 14 level.<br /><br />You must meet all qualification and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement.<br /><br />Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
