Williams Lea is hiring for Workflow Coordinators!
The primary function of this role will be general clerical and office support. If you are passionate about copying, faxing, general hospitality, and mail, this job could be for you!
Shift: Work Hours: 10 am to 7 pm; M thru F
Responsibilities include workflow coordination in one or more of the following areas: mail distribution, copy services, intake, hospitality, conference room set-up, reception assistance, and other general office services duties as needed.
Ensure that job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work.
Perform work in copy, fax, hospitality, mail, and intake functions as needed and according to established procedures.
Communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues.
Meet contracted deadlines for sending and delivering faxes.
Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
Load copiers with various paper and toner.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Assist with month-end reports
Report any facility issues to supervisor
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum (1) year office services experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
Skilled in the use of fax, mail, phone & and/or digital reprographics equipment.
