90th and L Street company is seeking to add Inbound Customer Service Representatives to their Roadside Assistance team. If you are looking to start a new opportunity where your phone customer service personality can shine, this is the position for you!
The Customer Service Representative ensures the delivery of excellent customer support through fast and accurate assistance. You will be providing Roadside Assistance via telephone communication to quickly identify the customer’s needs while showing understanding for the customer’s situation.
Training is provided Monday through Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm.
After training, flexibility between the building’s hours of 7:00am-11:00pm and possible weekends are needed.
Starting pay: $14.50/hr
Qualified Customer Service Representative applicants will have:
Desire to help people in a call center environment
Job longevity
Experience using Internet Explorer/Chrome
Experience using MS Excel
Experience using Outlook for email communication

Read a video display terminal for extended periods of time, if required
