We’re hiring a Contact Center Representative who will be responsible for handling and resolving a wide variety of member service inquiries including but not limited to account statements, account balance, payments, transfers and all electronic services in a prompt, warm and courteous manner via various channels including phone, email and others. The Contact Center Representative will complete and maintain all related reports, records and files needed to document these inquiries and support all functions within the Contact Center.
We’re looking for a problem-solver who has a professional demeanor with knowledge of data processing and a desire to maintain good business relationships with members. The Contact Center Representative will ensure that all functions are efficiently, effectively and accurately performed in accordance with our policies and security procedures and keep the AVP, Member Services informed of area activities and significant problems. The Contact Center Representative must be a team player and active listener who can identify member needs, as well as have a willingness to gain product knowledge and achieve goals. A two-year college degree or equivalent experience is required with a minimum of one year related experience at a financial institution or other cashier function preferred. Those with contact center experience preferred, as well. This person must have excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and personal computer/keyboarding skills, as well as the ability to work with numbers.
