Pay: 13.50 – 14.50 based on shift
Shifts Available:
Friday – Tuesday 7am-3pm
Tuesday – Saturday 11am-7pm
Monday – Friday 3pm-11pm
Tuesday – Saturday 4pm-12am
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers via live webchats and emails
Handle technical issues and provide customer support
Troubleshoot customer’s cell phone issues
Resolve customer concerns
Provide top notch customer service
What We Need:
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Technical experience, savvy, or interest
Computer proficient
Able to type 35 words per minute
Full time availability for the schedules listed
