<b>Duties</b><br /><br /><b>Summary</b><br /><br />This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (Acq Demo) position. Under the streamlined personnel operations, the familiar 15 General Schedule pay grade structure is replaced with a broad band pay schedule. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) Comprehensive knowledge of cost estimating, including: work that reflects demonstrated experience on Major Automated Information Systems (MAIS) performing cost analysis reviews and estimation, life cycle cost estimates and economic analyses and 2) Perform and design cost estimates, construct mathematical models required to calculate and evaluate variables and develop stand alone cost estimates for an Information Technology Business System.
