Fortune 50 Bank is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their Open Enrollment team on a contract-to-hire basis. For excellent performers, there may be the opportunity to convert into a permanent position. The position will begin in early August 2019 and last until December of 2019. Interviews will occur on July 16th 2019 and July 18th 2019. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:Answering incoming phone calls from current employees regarding open enrollment inquiries, questions, and concernsProviding employees with information regarding their healthcare, retirement, pension, wellness, insurance, and stock ownership benefits/programsEvaluating employee options and costs based on position, status, and salaryAssisting employees by explaining benefits and appealing decisions made by insurance providers
