The SEC Reporting Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation of all external SEC reporting for the Company. The role will also be responsible for performing financial statements , preparation and review of non-routine accounting models such as the Statement of Cash Flows and purchase accounting.
This position performs the complex steps and actions required to lead, manage, and review the preparation of all external SEC reporting for the Company. Our SEC Reporting Manager will be responsible for performing the related company compliance tasks with the Company?s internal control policies and procedures and maintaining related documentation evidencing their review.
The SEC Reporting Manager will provide technical accounting expertise while implementing and analyzing accounting policies, documenting the Company?s position, and will also act as a point of contact for external auditors.
Essential Functions
Oversee preparation of quarterly reports, annual reports, as well as periodic filings including coordinating with legal, tax, and treasury
Develop, maintain, and manage company-wide filing calendar to facilitate accurate completion and sufficient review of all external filings within required time frames
Draft and write all SEC documents and filings.
Manage and correctly report all equity-based transactions and equity compensation. Provide guidance on and challenge the appropriateness of disclosures
Coordinate communications with external auditors on external financial statements and accounting issues to ensure support for company position on accounting
disclosures and other issues
Direct technical accounting activities including a) research and interpret accounting pronouncements, b) identify the impact on the company’s accounting policies and financial statements, c) manage the self-assessment process and d) develop training materials and conduct sessions to train the financial and non-financial personnel.
Monitor and research the development and applicability of emerging accounting and reporting rules under US GAAP, PCAOB, or other regulations

Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of public accounting and related industry experience
Demonstrably strong SEC reporting experience.
Experience working on XBRL is highly preferred.
Local candidates preferred.
