Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for receiving and responding to inbound customer inquiries and performing outreach and follow up to gather data or provide information. Performs data entry and maintains data integrity.

About the role:

You will ensure the highest level of customer support by responding to calls from internal and external clients, which includes answering general inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering information.
You will refer more complex calls to the appropriate team members and documents call in a tracking system.
You will provide general office support and will demonstrate professionalism through written and verbal communication.
You may perform data entry into the database within specified timeframes.
You will work as an engaged team member to provide feedback, suggest improvement and work with leadership to achieve company and employee-owner goals.

Skills:

Experience working in a customer service environment, with shown experience working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Functional PC skills.
Call center experience is preferred.
Healthcare or insurance experience is preferred.
Medical terminology is preferred.
