The Inside Dealer Success Consultant<br />- Remote &amp; Open (IDSC-RO) will be responsible to retain, advocate and grow<br />a portfolio of franchise automotive dealers within an assigned remote district,<br />as well as temporarily service vacant field territories. IDSC-RO’s will work<br />closely with assigned dealers to ensure that Cox Automotive digital media solutions are meeting and exceeding dealer expectations by<br />providing consultative sales assessments of their internet advertising needs.</p><br /><br /><br />Responsibilities:<br /><br /><li>Conduct periodic business reviews.</li><li>Analyze ROI goals and data for assigned book of<br /> business, and have a firm understanding and knowledge of media buying<br /> cycles, marketing and target demographics.</li><li>Proactively monitor and analyze account performance and<br /> trends to determine adjustments to dealer expectations, goals and<br /> objectives .</li><li>Plan, propose and carry out strategy to generate<br /> additional business and fulfill service action plans. </li><li>Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within<br /> portfolio in order to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations.</li><li>Reinforce value proposition with content .</li><li>Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to provide<br /> dealer insights. </li><li>Advocate for assigned dealers during the implementation<br /> and onboarding of solutions .</li><li>Respond and route customer issues to the appropriate<br /> resources.</li><li>Proactively communicate account and sales information<br /> to management, Business Development team and Dealer Success team -<br /> including identification of obstacles and challenges that need to be<br /> removed.</li><li>Utilize Salesforce to accurately and effectively track<br /> activity, as well as update opportunity and account information.</li><li>Ensure billed revenue is collected within designated<br /> time frame.&nbsp; </li><li>All other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><br />Qualifications:<li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. </li><li>2+ years of Automotive dealership experience</li><li>2+ years of call center or equivalent experience and<br /> knowledge </li><li>2+ years’ sales (inside or outside) experience and<br /> related applications and tools </li><li>Proven experience developing strategy, setting<br /> priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining<br /> focused on many details </li><li>Strong knowledge and experience with business software<br /> applications including MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel) and<br /> virtual demonstration software and communication tools</li><li>Like experience in a customer focused, account<br /> management, revenue driven environment</li><li>Proven experience and ability to build and maintain<br /> cross-departmental, multi-functional and collaborative relationships </li><li>Demonstrated advanced communication skills<br /> (written, verbal, phone, and interpersonal) skills</li><li>Proven experience and ability to analyze<br /> customer problems and trends to offer suggestions and recommendations for<br /> improvement and success</li></ul><br /><br />Preferred<br />Qualifications:</p><br /><br /><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent<br /> combination of education and experience.</li><li>Media advertising experience </li><li>Experience in an account management or<br /> service role</li></ul><br /><br /><p><strong>About Cox Automotive</strong></p><p>Cox Automotive Inc. makes buying, selling and owning cars easier for everyone, while also enabling mobility services.
