Customer Service Representative – General Office Position
40 hour full time position (8:30am- 5:00pm Mon-Fri) for wholesale company located in northern Rhode Island.

Job Duties:
Answering retailer phone calls in regard to placing orders, answering product and service related questions.
Computer data skills for: Sales Orders/Pick Tickets, Invoicing, product information, order/backorders status
Resolve product or service related problems
Assist with requests from Sales Representatives as needed
General office duties – including copying, faxing, filing

Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Distributor Software computer modules of Order Entry, Inventory, Accounts Receivable, Billing (for example Sage Mas200, Great Plains, Macola)
Proficiency with PC’s – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet Browsers, Adobe Acrobat
Strong verbal customer service skills
Good organization and administrative skills
