Job Responsibilities:
· Processes orders.
· Prepares correspondence.
· Fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
· Make outbound call to customer or prospects related to obtaining new quotes.
· Support inbound calls.
Qualifications:
· Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
· 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
· Works under immediate supervision.
· Call Center experience preferred.
· 0-3 years experience in customer service.
