P&G is seeking a talented and experienced attorney to join the Global Privacy, Cyber security, and IT Law team within the P&G Legal organization. The position is located in P&G’s corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The assignment in the Global Privacy, Cybersecurity, and IT Law team will involve direct, front-line responsibility advising P&G’s various business functions on legal strategy and compliance with existing and emerging privacy, information security, and technology laws around the globe. The role also includes a special emphasis on cyber security and privacy incident management. “Front line” responsibility means that this attorney will work directly with clients to solve legal problems creatively, to collaborate on strategic risk mitigation, and to otherwise determine the best ways to meet clients’ legal needs in this critically important but challenging and rapidly evolving legal space. Equally, this role will also encompass privacy compliance design and counseling work for business clients working projects in the more than 180 countries where P&G does business. The position requires strong cross-team global collaboration and coordination with business clients and legal colleagues.

A successful candidate must have:
·Approximately 3-10 years of experience with a law firm, in-house or other legal department handling privacy/data protection, cybersecurity, and/or technology law.
·A J.D. with outstanding academic performance.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and very strong problem-solving
·Track record of success in professional and personal activities.
·Proven leadership as well as the ability to work as a member of a team, both with
business clients and within the Legal organization.
·Membership in at least one state bar, with the ability to become a member of the
