Role: Graphics Designer/Photoshop Artist (Workshop)

Location: Miami, FL

Duration: 4 – 6 weeks contract that requires travel to Sunnyvale, CA ( 2 weeks training in Miami and 3 week actual work in Sunnyvale)

Intreview mode: Phone followed by Onsite

Note: Training period is half pay. working period is full pay. After training the successful candidates will be flown to Sunnyvale. Air fare and Hotel accommodations are taken care of. We will be given a per-diem when they are in Sunnyvale.

MindSource team is looking for a Graphic Designers with expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the interactive space and its production requirements including resolution and outputs. In addition, candidates must be detail-oriented, comfortable working with multiple servers, organized, undaunted by working under tight deadlines, and have a keen eye for image quality. You will be working onsite with us at one of the world’s leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities:

Curate and design content for multiple digital and social channels, refining incoming assets to ensure final deliverables meet the highest of brand standards

Eye for visual story telling and audience engagement

Used to taking creative direction from an Art Director, a great collaborator

Ability to pull together disparate elements of a design created by another professional such as photography, image and text

Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that graphics and layouts are flawless

Structure Photoshop files to optimize efficient production design

Work closely with producers, publishing, and global teams to meet project goals and ensure accurate and efficient file handoffs

Requirements:

Advanced Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite skills

Can handle speed but also has a creative eye for composition

Strong photo editing skills

Preferred competency in After Effects, utilizing templates but will a level of creative motion input

Excellent design and typography sensibilities applicable to web, social and wider digital spaces

Solid understanding of web and social publishing

Strong at setting up files for Content Management systems and adhering to graphic design standards

5 years+ experience in a hands-on, high-volume design environment (or equivalent)

Highly detail oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last pixel

Thrives in a challenging, fast-paced workplace

Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills

Establishes rapport and collaborates easily with directors, designers and stakeholders

Able to adhere to a consistent graphic production and checkin process, while also identifying opportunities for improvement

Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
