Job Description:

Support Policy documentation and develop a repeatable process/template for each new region In spare time can provide support to Issues management as this area is growing and will continue as we uncover all of the issues that come out of us taking on PAD and PUI. Temporary position to assist with the development of Policy documentation for product launches globally, plus other tasks as may be assigned.

Credit Risk background in a consumer banking environment is strongly preferred, but banking audit, project or quality review experience with six sigma experience (FMEA) may be acceptable. Critical thinking skills are a necessity.

Must be proficient in MS Office including Excel and Visio.
Responsibilities:

Document detailed underwriting process credit risk products;

Develop repeatable process to accommodate the product launches in multiple regions.

Track and maintain a policy inventory.

Work with various stakeholders including underwriting team, legal and compliance to facilitate governance of policy documentation.

Requirements:

Consumer Credit Risk Management Experience within a consumer banking environment

High energy, strong work ethic, action oriented and results driven.

Excellent written, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a complex environment

Strong project management skills; prioritization, decisioning and task management skills with attention to detail and a strong focus on deliverables with time limitations.

Proven ability to interact with technical project leads, developers, quality assurance, and business team

members.

Strong relationship management skills.

Proficient in MS OFFICE .

4+ years of relevant work experience .

Education : Bachelor s degree required.

Qualifications:
Comfortable with balancing multiple, competing priorities and changes in scope / direction
Capable of operating independently with minimal management supervision
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with peers and business support partners
Ability to work effectively in a complex environment
