Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops models to derive a relationship between business metrics and customer feedback, informing prioritization. Responsible for
aggregating multiple customer feedback sources to identify key themes, emerging issues, quickly detect indicators of customer friction, and
summarize a comprehensive view of customer contact drivers. Provide analytical support for special projects as required to influence
program strategies to deliver high-quality experiences. Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and
data interpretation.
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree Experience: 5 years, Statistics/Business Analytics. Experience working as a Functional, Data or Business
Analyst. Experience in Access, Excel(Advanced), Visio, and MS Project. Customer interfacing experience (project oversight, customer
presentation). SQL Server 2005/2008 knowledge (T-SQL, Tables, Views). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
