Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: <ul> <li><strong>Experience utilizing general administrative principles, practices, processes, and techniques as they apply to the planning /managing of application and selection processes (i.e. application process, coordination of the post-selection process, managing trainee placement/status change processes, managing the electronic communication of directorate information, etc.).</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience using data preparation techniques and relevant software packages, such as commonly used analytical, spreadsheet, database management and scripting techniques, and communications software, in order to facilitate tasks, processes, illustration and decision-making.</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience applying evaluation and measurement techniques to determine the extent of compliance with rules and regulations issued by governing authority, (i.e. DoD) to measure and evaluate program accomplishments.</strong></li> <li><strong>Experience using project management skills to identify, present and/or make recommendation regarding impact and processes for budget requests and projections, supply procurement, program documents, periodic records and reports, and personnel actions.</strong></li> </ul> Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the<strong> GS-07 </strong>grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Such experience may have been gained as an administrative officer, management analyst, or administrative or clinical program manager or supervisor in a health care delivery system.<br /><br /><b>Specialized Experience</b><br /><br />(for positions above GS-5): Progressively responsible analytical or administrative, or clinical management or supervisory experience in the health care field. This work may have been performed in an operating health care facility or a higher organizational echelon with advisory or directional authority over such facilities. Work must have involved a close working relationship with facility managers and analysis and/or coordination of administrative, clinical, or other service activities, and provided knowledge of the following:<br /> <ul> <li>Missions, organizations, programs, and requirements of health care delivery systems;</li> <li>Regulations and standards of various regulatory and credentialing groups; and</li> <li>Government-wide, agency, and facility systems and requirements in various administrative areas such as budget, personnel, and procurement.</li> </ul> <br /><br /><b>Special Provision for Inservice Placement:</b><br /><br />Successful completion of an agency-sponsored on-the-job training program may be substituted for qualifying experience, provided it included a formal individualized training plan.
