Overview

5+ years of proven decisive leadership in Agile adoption for software development teams that include:

Effective use of facilitation and negotiation skills to lead multiple team for Agile practices/ceremonies (e.g. backlog grooming, SCRUM meetings, Release and Iteration Reviews and Demos, Stand-ups, etc.)

Ability to coach, mentor and guide teams in Agile principles and practices

Identifying, creating and tacking meaningful metrics to aid in guiding teams on a continued path to improvement

Management of Issues and Risks

Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills with a global team

Skills Required:

CA Agile Central (formally Rally)

Administration . Tracking and Reporting

Capable of training and validating User stories, Time boxing. Team planning and User Story estimation process

Backlog management, Release/Iterations, Dependencies, Milestones, Reporting, etc.

Strong MS SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Capable of navigating through ambiguous assignments and providing a strategic view point

Education Required:

B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
