Incumbent must pass urinalysis testing prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.</li> <li>Permanent Change of Duty Station (PCS) Expenses will not be paid.</li> </ul> <br /><br /><b>Qualifications</b><br /><br /><strong>Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Minimum Qualification requirements as noted below.</strong><br /><br /><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong><strong>GS-09 :</strong> You qualify for the GS-09 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal government, performing the following duties: <ul> <li>Interpreting EAR Export Administration Regulations (EAR)</li> <li>Researching and analyzing business, financial, industrial and related data and information</li> <li>Summarizing business and/or industry information clearly and concisely</li> <li>Writing logical technical specifications and/or policy requirements for review by others</li> </ul> <strong>OR </strong>two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree; <strong>OR</strong> a combination of the required experience and education for this grade level.<br /><br /><strong>NOTE</strong>: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
