Please click here for more information on OPM's Authorization of Direct Hire authority"<br /><br /><b>Duties for the Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (INFOSEC), GS-2210-15 include but not limited to: </b> <ul> <li>Lead and oversee delivery of customer support services including hardware and software asset management, call center/service desk and desk-side support operations, printing services, email operations, operational support for voice and data services, Data Center operations and oversight of the change management process for the entire Deputy Chief Information Officer for Operations (DCIO-OPS) production environment. </li> <li>Monitor the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and DCIO-OPS Cyber Security program and is responsible for implementing Federal Information Security Management Act and Information System Security and Privacy requirements for the production operating environment. </li> <li>Advise the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) managers in selecting and implementing safeguards that minimize the risk from malicious software and intrusions. </li> <li>Lead and provide managerial oversight for troubleshooting and problem isolation for service outages and interruptions.
