• E2E, Change Request Management. Incident & Help Desk Management, change request management, updates and patches, and test management (for test scripts)
• Someone who understands SM who can help complete the configuration and guidance as to what functionality SM has to offer.
• Previous experience in the GCC is highly desired though not essential
• Good organization and communications skills,
• Ability to relocate to US
• Maintain Solution Manager from an administrative point of view
• Keep records up-to-date
• Facilitate effective communications between the teams
